Circular on Stopping Collection of Handling Charges Relating to Madrid International Registration of Marks

    According to the requirements of the Circular on Cancelling Some Administrative Fees (Cai Zong [2011] No. 9) issued by the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission, we will stop collecting all handling charges relating to the Madrid international registration application of marks and follow-up services as of February 1, 2011. The charges that have been collected will be returned.
